Abstract:
                        
                        Recent space activities, notably the Russian ASAT test, have underscored the need for capabilities to quickly assess and predict how conjunction rates will vary for operators and SSA service providers.  We will discuss the method, its application to real world conjunction rates, and verification of the method by operational flight safety systems and tools.
